Annual Religious Education Registration!

Monday, March 31st from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 1st from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

This convenient one-time registration is for all Systematic Learning Sessions for children entering grades 1 through 10 as of September 2008

and/or

Sacramental Preparation Program for First Eucharist/First Reconciliation.

Registration fees are listed below. Payment is requested at registration. Parents must register their own children. Please bring your medical insurance information with you. No registration information will be taken over the phone.

Per diocesan requirement, we are asking all parents who anticipate volunteering in the program in any way during the coming year to complete a CORI form at registration (Driver’s License required)

Our Religious Education Board members will provide information and answer any questions that you may have in regards to your family’s religious educational needs

Attention Parents of Children in Grades 1-6

Please come prepared to request your Loreto week.

Session I June 23–June 27 or Session II July 7-11

REGISTRATION NOTES

If you MUST have Session I - Loreto, you should plan on coming to registration on Monday. HOWEVER, if you are registering for Session II - Loreto or 7/8, 9/10, or sacramental preparation only, PLEASE consider coming to registration after 7:00 on Monday or anytime during Tuesday registration. This will help everyone move more efficiently through the process.

　

Catechists are needed!

Catechists are vital to our program. However, we often have difficulty recruiting people willing to commit to training and participation in the full year’s program. Because of this, we are offering an incentive:

If on registration night, you sign up to be a catechist for a full session of Loreto or the entire year of 7/8, 9/10 classes, your name will be entered in a raffle for reimbursement of your family’s Systematic Learning Fees.

　

Bibles Available

We recommend that all families have a Bible to read at home. We will have a variety of age appropriate Bibles for you to preview and order. Payment is requested at time of order. Consider the Bible for your child’s bedtime story time with you!

Registration Night Procedure

You will sign in at the Welcome Table.

When your name is called, you will be directed to the Information Booth of one of the members of the Religious Education Board.

After talking with this person, you will go to the Forms Table to complete the forms you were given at the Information Booth.

You will proceed to the Cashier Table with your completed forms. Your fee will be totaled at this time. If paying by check, please do not write it out until you talk to the representative at the Cashier Table.
